Jackie Frisch

Jackie Frisch is General Counsel at Kohl & Frisch Limited, where she oversees the legal department, providing counsel to all areas of the business including sales, manufacturer relations, finance, human resources and operations. She also leads K&F’s corporate communications and change management functions.

Prior to joining K&F in 2021, Jackie worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP in the corporate law department where her practice focused on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, banking and general corporate and commercial law. Jackie has also interned for The Honorable United States Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Jackie holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law and a BA from McGill University. She is licensed to practice law in Ontario and Florida and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and The Florida Bar.
