Elizabeth Arnold joined Kohl & Frisch in 2024 as Vice President of Finance, where she is responsible for leading the Finance function. She brings extensive experience in the healthcare industry where she has earned a reputation as a customer and employee focused finance executive.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has held senior leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health, and private Canadian companies, where she honed her expertise in strategic execution, scaling operations, and building high-performing teams. Known for her collaborative and inclusive leadership approach, Elizabeth empowers her teams to deliver impactful results in complex environments. Her deep expertise spans financial management and reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Elizabeth is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto.
