From the Desk of the CEO
Dear Valued Partner,
The year 2016 is a very special one for Kohl & Frisch Limited as it marks the 100th anniversary of our company’s founding. This milestone fills me and our entire team with great pride, and for some time we have been thinking about the different ways that we might try to celebrate the occasion. As a first step in this process, we came to the conclusion that an update to our corporate logo was in order, and have been working on a revision that would appropriately recognize our centennial year. I am very excited to share with you the K&F 100th anniversary logo here:
Our hope with this revised logo was to maintain some consistency with the history and image of K&F, while also recognizing the evolution of the company’s business and our current and future direction. You will therefore notice some similarities with our existing logo, such as in colouring and shape, but also some noticeable differences, including, through the introduction of the “+” sign, an emphasis on healthcare to reflect our commitment and dedication to continuing to serve as an indispensable part of the Canadian pharmaceutical supply chain. This is a role that we as a company, and I personally, take very seriously.
When I look back at our company’s history, I know that above all it is the partnerships that we have forged that have enabled us to grow and prosper in a constantly changing- and ever challenging- market environment. This has never been more true than it is today. In a world with rising costs, regulatory pressures, and increased industry consolidation, it is more important than ever that we work together to meet our shared objectives and solve our mutual problems. This is inherently true of our company given our natural position in the middle of the pharmaceutical supply chain, but it also reflects my belief that we are only as good as the relationships we build with all our business partners.
Over the course of 2016, we look forward to working with you to capture this spirit of partnership through a number of different events and initiatives, which our team here has been diligently planning. Please stay tuned for more information shortly, but in the meantime, I just want to say thank you for your ongoing support of K+F, and hope that you and your company will take some pride as well in being an important part of our 100 years of service in Canada.
