Kohl & Frisch Limited Completes Acquisition of Canadian Distribution Business of AmerisourceBergen Corporation

Kohl & Frisch Limited (“K&F”) has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Canadian distribution business of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYS: ABC) , one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical services companies. The transaction, which closed on May 31, reflects K&F’s continued emphasis on expanding its operational footprint and customer base throughout Canada.

Under the terms of the agreement, K&F has acquired all ownership interest in AmerisourceBergen Canada Corporation. K&F, headquartered in Concord, Ontario, is the country’s only Canadian-owned national pharmaceutical distribution company and is currently in its 97th year of operation.
